Shift: Day Shift – Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts.

The Tool & Gage House is seeking an experienced Romer Operator / Adcole Operator to support precision inspection and quality assurance operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual with a strong background in dimensional measurement and metrology equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Romer arms and Adcole measurement systems to inspect precision components.
- Perform dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and inspection requirements.
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Communicate inspection findings with engineering and production teams.
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration practices.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating Romer and/or Adcole equipment preferred.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Day shift.
- Monday through Thursday.
- 10 hours per day.
